Mariah Carter is a real estate professional with Real Brokerage, representing clients throughout Encinitas and North County San Diego. Her experience in real estate began in residential leasing with Lewis Management Co., where she gained a strong foundation in working with clients and understanding their housing needs. She later transitioned into new home sales with Lennar, giving her firsthand experience with new construction, the home buying process, and working with buyers from their initial search through closing. Today, Mariah brings that experience to residential real estate, helping buyers and sellers navigate the North County San Diego market with confidence. She is known for being detail oriented, highly responsive, and committed to clear communication throughout every step of a transaction. Mariah is a member of the Move In San Diego team at Real Brokerage, where she works alongside her husband, Cameron Carter, a Cardiff native with deep roots in North County and extensive knowledge of the local market. Mariah and Cameron live in Encinitas with their two dogs, Benny and Ruby, and love everything that comes with the coastal lifestyle. Outside of real estate, they enjoy spending time near the ocean, surfing, camping, and exploring the outdoors.
